Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required to process your return.
2. How to Initiate a Return To initiate a return, please: _ Email us at hi@naturecasino.co.uk with your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. _ We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.
3. Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following: Sale items (unless they are faulty).
4. Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at hi@naturecasino.co.uk with photos and details of the issue. Faulty or damaged items are eligible for a full refund or replacement, including return postage costs. This must be reported within 30 days of receiving the item.
5. Refunds Process Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item(s). You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
6. Exchanges If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the return process above and specify your desired replacement in your email. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
